PAIRING AND CONNECTIVITY
PAIRING - Why is my smartwatch not connecting to my smartphone?
The phone operating system may interrupt / close the APP activity in the background for some reasons (such as energy saving, system optimization, etc ...); if you don't use the SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO App on your phone for a long time this could happen. But the watch will automatically reconnect to your phone only after a few seconds of activating the app.
PAIRING - Why can't I pair the smartwatch with the App?
To successfully pair the smartwatch with the smartwatch APP, first make sure BT is turned on on your smartphone. Then from the main menu of the APP >> Device >> Add device >> click on SEARCH and select S-03 WR 5ATM with the same BT MAC that you find in the clock menu under the item INFO, than wait until until it connects. Once connected, you will receive a notification asking you for authorization to associate your smartphone with the smartwatch, then click on ASSOCIATE. Then go to the BT section of your smartphone and you should see the S-03 WR 5ATM device connected, if not, tap it to connect.
PAIRING - How do I unpair my smartwatch and mobile phone? Do I lose my data?
You can unpair your smartwatch by following these steps: APP>> Device >> Unpair device Or you can dissociate the smartwatch directly from your phone settings: -Android: Settings >> Connections >> Bluetooth >> Associated Devices >> click on the wheel to the right of S-03 WR 5ATM >> UNPAIR. -iOS: Settings >> Bluetooth >> Click on the info icon to the right of S-03 WR 5ATM >> Forget this device. Once unpaired the data will not be lost, but the smartwatch and the phone will no longer be connected. To re-establish the connection between the two you will need to follow the steps to associate them again.
UPDATE - How do I know if the App and the watch FW are updated to the latest version?
To check if the APP is updated to the latest version, you need to check the App Store for iOS devices and the Play Store for Android devices. You can check the APP version through the APP itself: APP>> Me >> at the end of the page you find the APP version. You can check the Firmware update via the APP by following these steps: APP>> Device>> Firmware Upgrade>> The message "No update available" should appear if the Firmware is already updated to the latest version.
CONNECTIVITY - How far can my smartwatch be from my phone to stay connected?
The smartwatch can stay connected obstacles-free at least 10 meters and max 20 meters depending on the quality of smart phone Bluetooth.
CONNECTIVITY - Why even if my smartwatch is connected to the mobile phone, when I receive a phone call, it does not notify me on the smartwatch?
The phone call notification is active only when the APP can get the permission from your phone. It is required at the beginning of the first connection in the APP and you should choose ALLOW to authorize the APP. For Android devices you can check the phone settings by following these steps: Settings >> APPS >> Sector&MORELLATO >> Permissions >> make sure PHONE is authorized, as well as other permissions. Finally, check in the APP if the CALL NOTIFICATION setting is active (APP >> Device >> Notifications >> Call)
CONNECTIVITY - Why is my smartwatch not transmitting data to the phone?
First, make sure your smartwatch and smartphone are paired successfully. The sports/health data will be uploaded and updated in the phone APP when you open the APP, just need to wait for a few seconds. Make sure the BT is well connected. Also make sure you have the latest version of the APP installed: To check if the APP is updated to the latest version, you need to check the App Store for iOS devices and the Play Store for Android devices. You can check the APP version through the APP itself: APP>> Me >> at the end of the page you will find the app version. Also make sure you have the latest FW version installed: APP>> Device>> Firmware Upgrade>> The message "No update available" should appear if the Firmware is already updated to the latest version. Finally, make sure the APP is allowed for a background activity: For Android devices: Settings >> APPS >> Sector&MORELLATO >> Battery >> you should have a non-optimized battery usage by default, so background activity should already be allowed.
CONNECTIVITY - Why does the smartwatch often disconnect?
The device need to be kept close to the smartphone and with BT active and battery charged, if so it should not disconnect.
CONNECTIVITY - Which phones are compatible with my smartwatch?
Check that the smartwatch is not connected to other devices. Try to:
1. Reset the smartwatch: Main menu>> Settings>> Reset.
2. If the smartwatch was connected to an iOS device, go to the smartphone settings>> Bluetooth>> Select the S-03 WR 5ATM connections and disconnect from the device.
3. For Android also check that all permissions have been given to the APP: Cell phone settings>> APPS>> Sector&MORELLATO app>> Permissions>> Click on the functions you want to authorise.

SYNCHRONIZATION - Can I perform manual synchronization?
No you can't. Only automatic synchronization is allowed. But in the App main page >> Home, you can pull down the interface to refresh the dada. First of all make sure that your smartwatch and smartphone are correctly paired. The sports / health data will be uploaded and updated in the phone APP while you activate the APP, just wait few seconds. Make sure the BT is well connected. Also make sure you have the latest version of the APP installed: To check if the APP is updated to the latest version, you need to check the App Store for iOS devices and the Play Store for Android devices. You can check the APP version through the APP itself: APP>> Me >> scrolling down untill the end of the page you can see the APP version.
Also make sure you have the latest FW version installed:
APP>> Device>> Firmware Upgrade>> The message "No update available" should appear if the Firmware is already updated to the latest version.
Finally, make sure the APP is allowed for a background activity: For Android devices: Settings >> APPS >> Sector&Morellato >> Battery >> you should have a non-optimized battery usage by default, so background activity should already be allowed.
SYNCHRONIZATION - How often do my smartwatch and mobile phone sync?
Synchronization is instant while the APP is on.
CALLING - How can I allow the smartwatch to be able to make and/or receive calls?
In order to receive calls correctly, firstly make sure that the S-03 WR 5ATM device is connected to your smartphone: a. on your smartphone turn on Sector & Morellato Smartwatches App, in the Home page you can see the pairing stauts and make sure it is "Connected" b. on your S-03 WR 5ATM smartwatch turn on the screen main watch face >> Swipe down the pull down quick-access-menu>> tap on the BT call icon and make sure it could be activated by turning blue. if it is not possible to activated in blue color, unpair the device and do the pairing process to try again. Make sure the APP has the relevant permission. To check, follow these steps on your smartphone: - Android: Settings >> APPS >> Sector&Morellato app >> Permissions >> check that the permissions for PHONE and CALL LOGS are active. make sure that incoming call waiting is turned on. You can check it from the APP by following these steps: - iOS: APP main menu >> Device >> Notifications >> turn on "Call" button - Android: APP main menu >> Device >> Notifications >> turn on "Call" button
CALLING - How can I deactivate the possibility of making the smartwatch able to make/receive calls?
If you want the smartwatch to not be able to receive any calls, please turn off the incoming call alert from the APP: - - iOS: APP main menu >> Device >> Notifications >> turn off "Call" button --- Android: APP main menu >> Device >> Notifications >> turn off "Call" button You can also simply turn off the BT call function on your smartwatch: --- on your S-03 WR 5ATM smartwatch turn on the screen main watch face >> Swipe down the pull down quick-access-menu>> tap on the BT call icon and make sure it is turning off in black background with white icon. In this way the smartwatch will not receive call either the other BT voice functions.

BATTERY, POWER AND CHARGING
OTHER - Why did my smartwatch turn off?
To turn on the smartwatch, try a long press on the side button or place the watch on the charger.
BATTERY - How long does my smartwatch battery last?
The smartwatch battery lasts approximately 7 days in stand-by mode, around 3-5 days with a normal use and only 1-2 days with BT almost always connected and a high frequency of use. Furthermore, the higher the brightness level and the vibration intensity of the smartwatch, the lower the battery lasting.
BATTERY - How do I know if my smartwatch is charging?
Charging animation will be shown while smartwatch is charging.
BATTERY - Why is my smartwatch not charging?
You shall check whether the two charging base metal pillars are correctly fit into the watch backside charge points.
BATTERY - How long does it take to charge my smartwatch?
Charging time will be around 2-3 hours.
BATTERY - How do I know if my smartwatch battery is low and I need to recharge it?
There's a battery icon on watch display which shows the battery level in percentage.
BATTERY - Why does my smartwatch not turn on?
Like smartphone, after a long time of no using, also the battery watch will lose power. It's normal and, after charging the watch, it will start running regularly.
RECHARGE - The watch charges to 100% after a while without using the functions, it discharges immediately.

RECHARGE - I have charged the watch to 100% but once removed from the holder it does not turn on anymore.
Long press the side button of the watch. If the watch fails to turn on, contact the Service Center for help.
RECHARGE - The watch only works when it is charging.
The watch actually doesn't work when charging, it only shows the charging animation.
STRAP AND ACCESSORIES
ACCESSORIES - What comes with my smartwatch?
You will get the smartwatch box and the related dock charger and of course the smartwatch.
ACCESSORIES - Can I buy a new charger?

STRAP - Is it normal for the strap to open easily?
While the fix pin fits the strap hole properly, the strap should not easily open.
STRAP - Are there any replacement straps? Where can I buy them?

STRAP - Can I change the strap on my smartwatch by myself?
S-03 WR 5ATM is designed with "easy click" spring bar so you can change straps by yourself easily.
CONFIGURATION
UPDATE - I have trouble installing updates, or I get an error message while updating my watch. What should I do?
Normally you should try to reconnect the smartwatch to the smartphone and complete the update via Sector&Morellato APP. Make sure your phone is in good condition to access the internet. Or contact the Service Center for assistance.
HEARTBEAT - Can I change the frequency with which the smartwatch detects the heartbeat?
Here the following steps: from the APP: Device>> Daily Heart Rate setting >> turn the button on>> choose 30 min / 60 min / 120 min
CONFIGURATION - How do I reset my smartwatch to factory default settings?
there are 2 ways to reset the smartwatch to factory mode and clear all user data in the watch : 1. From the watch enter the main menu >> Settings >> Reset; or from the main watch face page >> swipe right from left edge of the screen>> Settings >> Reset 2. With the App connected, from the phone App >> Device >> pull down the function list to bottom >> Factory Reset
LANGUAGE - How do I change the language on my smartwatch?
Here are the following steps: Enter the main menu page>> Swipe up or down from the main menu >> Settings >> Language >> Select the desired language.
BRIGHTNESS - Can i change the brightness of my smartwatch?
Here are the following steps: From the smartwatch main menu >> Settings >> Brightness. Otherwise brightness can also be adjusted in the shortcuts section, which can be found by swiping to the right in the home display.
MUSIC - How do I use the MUSIC function?
You can control your smartphone's music player directly from your smartwatch, with S-03 WR 5ATM it requires that the Blue Tooth icon is activated: Swipe down from the main watch face to pull down the quick-access menu, tap on the BT call icon and make sure it could be activated by turning blue. if it is not possible to activated in blue color, unpair the device and do the pairing process to try again. ---once connected to the smartphone, by entering the MUSIC section of the smartwatch, it will be possible to remotely control the music player used in the phone: it will be possible to play / pause /resume music playback or play next.
NOTIFICATIONS - I only want to receive notifications from some Apps. How do I do it?
Enter the APP and follow this step: APP >> Device >> notifications >> turn off the APP you don't want to receive notifications from.
NOTIFICATIONS - I am not receiving notifications. How can I do?
First make sure your smartphone is connected via BT and allowed to share notifications and details with your smartwatch. If the notifications still don't work, you need to access the APP and follow this step: APP >> Device >> Notifications >> Check if you have turned on the notification switch for the related APP. Also make sure that the DO NOT DISTURB mode in the APP is turned off: APP>> Device>> Do Not Disturb>> Turn Off.
STEPS - Can I change my daily step goal?
Enter the APP and follow this step: APP >> Me>> Goals >> Target for steps.
PROFILE - How are my personal data used?
We do not store your personal data in any way and datas are used exclusively to offer you a more personalized experience with the APP.
PROFILE - Why do I have to provide my birthday, height, weight and sex data?
This kind of data is not compulsory but it is only needed for a better calculation and management of your sports activity and for Heart Rate monitoring.
PROFILE - How can I edit my profile?
Enter the APP and follow these steps: Me >> select the data you want to change.
SOFTWARE - Can I update my smartwatch software?
Normally you will get the FW/UI updates automatically, but you can also check back on the mobile APP by following these steps: APP >> Device >> Firmware Upgrade >> The message "no update available" should appear if your device is already updated.
TIME - How do I set the time on my smartwatch?
It is automatically synced with the phone time when it's connected. In case of any discrepancies, make sure the device is connected.

TOUCHSCREEN E DISPLAY
DISPLAY - The screen is no longer responding, how do I unlock my smartwatch?
We recommend that you try unpairing your smartwatch and smartphone and also resetting your smartwatch. Then, after having fully charged it, you can try to reconnect the device. You need to check if there is a firmware update available from the APP: APP>> Device>> Firmware Upgrade>> The message "No update available" should appear if the Firmware is already updated to the latest version.
DISPLAY - The screen has gone black. What can I do?
You have to put the watch on the charger to turn it on, or if it has enough power, try long pressing the side button to turn it on.
DISPLAY - The word Sector flashes. What does it mean?
You shall check whether any FW and UI updates are available: if they are, in this case you shall download and install it/them. Normally you will get the FW/UI updates automatically, but you can also check back on the mobile APP by following these steps: APP >> Device >> Firmware Upgrade >> The message "no update available" should appear if your device is already updated.
DISPLAY - Can I change the look of the screen?
S-03 WR 5ATM provides 8 dials for user options, and other 8 which can be customized by the user directly from the APP. To change watch faces: From the smartwatch>> Settings >> Watch faces. Or press and hold on the home screen of the smartwatch until it shows you the different display options. Or rotate up and down the digital crown in the home display. From APP >> Device >> Watch Faces. The dial with the writing "EDIT" on the side is the customizable one.
DISPLAY - Why does my smartwatch vibrate when I get notifications?
Obviously the smartphone vibrates when it is properly connected to the smartwatch. Once you receive notifications in the smartphone you will receive them also in the smartwatch.
If you don't want to receive notifications from an app or more than one, you have to enter the APP and follow these steps: Device >> APP notifications >> from the list you can disable notifications from the APP from which you don't want to receive notifications.
Another way to remove notifications is: to activate the DO NOT DISTURB mode if the vibration bothers you. Once the DO NOT DISTURB mode has been activated, the smartwatch will not vibrate but at the same time you will no longer receive notifications:
From APP >> Device >> Do Not Disturb.

TOUCHSCREEN - The touchscreen of my smartwatch no longer works. What can I do?
Like all smartphones, the screen of the S-03 WR 5ATM smartwatch does not work well if the display is wet, so keep the screen away from sweat or water. Also be careful that the device does not receive strong shocks that could damage it. If it's not a water issue, make sure your UI and firmware are up to date, and if so, do a smartwatch data reset. If it still doesn't work, contact the Service Center for assistance.
USE
APP - If I uninstall the app, do I lose all the data?
Yes.
APP - Can I send the recorded data on the App to other Apps?
No, You can't.
APP - Can I pair more than one device with the App at the same time?
No, Morellato&Sector App supports only one phone with one watch per session.
APP - Can I close the S-0X App on my mobile phone or do I have to keep it open all the time?
Once the watch has been associated with the APP, it is not necessary to keep the latter open for the watch to perform its functions. For Android make sure the APP is "not optimized" to continue receiving data: Phone settings>> APPS>> Sector&Morellato >>Battery >> Check that the battery usage is "NOT OPTIMIZED".
HEARTBEAT - Why does it count at most 100 heartbeats?
The sensor requires slightly close contact with the skin to detect heart rate. You can try to wear the watch tighter, but be careful not to damage your wrist.
HEARTBEAT - Why are the data different from my heart rate monitor that I use for sports?
The sensor is not a medical grade or high performance device. The watch also requires close skin contact to detect heart rate. You can try to wear the watch tighter, but be careful not to damage your wrist.
HEARTBEAT - Can I see my heartbeat history?
You can enter the APP and follow these steps: APP >> Home >> Heart Rate >> Heart rate graph will be displayed. You can follow the same procedure for Blood Oxygen.
You can switch between day, week and month graphs.
CAMERA - How do I use the smartwatch for remote shooting with my smartphone?
Enter the APP and follow these steps: Device >> remote shutter In the SMARTWATCH: tap the camera icon in the center of the smartwatch (or the side button) to take a photo from your smartphone.
On an iOS device, check that you have given your consent for the photo taken to be saved directly to the image gallery of your smartphone: Smartphone settings>> Sector&Morellato APP>> Photos >> Select "All photos".
STOPWATCH - How does the STOPWATCH work?
Like a normal stopwatch you can only start and pause / reset the total time count shown on the display.
WATERPROOF - My smartwatch went out after it got splattered with water.

Make sure your phone can access internet from mobile data and the BT is well connected: if both are connected, watch will capture and display the weather automatically after connecting.
DO NOT DISTURB - How do I activate / deactivate do not disturb mode?
Follow these steps: From APP >> Device >> Do Not Disturb.
from SMARTWATCH: swipe down from the smartwatch main page to get to the shortcut menu >> tap on the moon icon to activate the DO NOT DISTURB mode.
NOTIFICATIONS - I own an Android smartphone and I have problems in receiving notifications on the smartwatch.
To make sure you don't have problems receiving notifications on your Android device, you need to follow all these steps:
1) PHONE SETTINGS >> CONNECTIONS >> BLUETOOTH >> Pair and connect the Sector S-03 WR 5ATM device
2) PHONE SETTINGS >> APPS >> Sector&MORELLATO app>> NOTIFICATIONS >> Activate SHOW NOTIFICATIONS
3) PHONE SETTINGS >> APPS >> Sector&MORELLATO app >> PERMISSIONS >> Click on the features you want to authorize and select ALLOW
4) PHONE SETTINGS >> APPS >> Sector&MORELLATO app >> BATTERY >> allow background activity of the APP.
5) APP main menu >> Device >> Notifications >> turn on "Call" button
6) switch off in both smartwatch and APP the DO NOT DISTURB function.
STEPS - My smartwatch does not record the distance traveled.
Once the smartwatch has been paired with the mobile phone, the number of daily steps taken should be regularly recorded. You can view the distance traveled and calories burnt in the APP>> Home>> Total steps.
It is possible to see the distance traveled also through the smartwatch >> Main Menu >> Steps

STEPS - Why is the number of steps shown on my smartwatch different from that shown in other APPs I use?
Each device may have a slightly different way of calculating steps due to different hardware. Try to wear the smartwatch correctly so that the calculation of the steps is as accurate as possible.
BUTTON - What is (are) the button (s) for?
In the S-03 WR 5ATM a digital crown is present. The digital crown can be used to return to the main page, but also to turn the device on/off. By rotating it you can change the display design or, in the main menu, go down or up in the list. Please go to the user manual in the APP for more details.
BUTTON - The button is stuck.

TELEPHONE BOOK - Why can't I see the address book?
To be able to view the address book on your smartwatch you must first synchronize your contacts: from the APP: Device >> Synchronize contacts >> Select the contacts you want to synchronize. Once the synchronization is complete you will see the contacts on the smartwatch address book.
SLEEP - How is sleep monitored?
While you sleep with an S-03 WR 5ATM watch, it will monitor your heart rate and your movements during sleep. Then it provides sleep report via our algorithm. Make sure the smartwatch is worn correctly while sleeping.
SLEEP - How should I check the sleep record from the APP?
If you want to monitor your sleep, make sure you go to sleep wearing your S-03 WR 5ATM watch. You can see the collected data in the SLEEP TRACKING tab in the APP the next day. You can also see the data collected during the night from the smartwatch>> Main Menu>> Sleep.
SLEEP - Can i see my sleep history?
Enter the APP and follow these steps: Home >> Sleep>> you will be shown the sleep chart.
SHUTDOWN - Can i turn off my smartwatch?
Yes, you can do this by long pressing the side button or by following these steps: Smartwatch>> Settings >> Power Off >> Yes.
SHUTDOWN - Do I lose all data if I turn off my smartwatch?
No. Data will be kept and after a re-connection you can review them from your phone APP.
SHUTDOWN - If I turn off my smartwatch, does it disconnect from the mobile phone?
Yes. If the watch is off, BT is also off, so the connection is not working.
SPORT - How do I register a sporting activity?
Here are the following steps:
For iOS devices, make sure the MOTION & FITNESS setting is turned on (Settings >> Privacy & Security >> Motion & Fitness).
From the APP: Sport >> Select the type of exercise by pressing the button on the right, then press GO to start the activity. Once the activity is finished, you will be able to see the data relating to it in the LAST WORKOUT section on the HOME page of the APP.

You can see your activity history in the APP (Home >> Last workout).
PHONE - Why is the speaker not working?
Once your watch has been paired with the APP, open the drop-down menu by swiping down on your watch's home screen. Once the drop-down menu is open, click on the "phone & BT" icon to activate the function. Once activated, the icon will turn blue and you can now use the speaker to make calls directly from the smartwatch. Also make sure the volume is turned up high enough by checking it from your phone.
PHONE - When I get a call I can't hear who's calling.
First of all, make sure that the watch is paired with the APP and the phone volume is high enough. Also make sure the "Do not disturb" function is turned off. On Android phone check the permissions for SECTOR & MORELLATO SMARTWATCHES App and make sure "call logs" and "phone" are allowed: Phone Settings>> Apps>> SECTOR & MORELLATO SMARTWATCHES >> Permissions >> Make sure the necessary permissions are allowed. Now open the drop-down menu by swiping down on your watch's main screen. Once the drop-down menu is open, click on the "phone & BT" icon to activate the function. Once activated, the icon will turn blue. At this point your watch will receive incoming calls and you will be able to communicate directly through the watch itself.
CALLING - Why can't I call?
To answer a call from the smartwatch, the S-03 WR 5ATM CALL bluetooth device must be connected to the smartphone. Once the drop-down menu is open, click on the "phone & BT" icon to activate the function. On android phone check the permissions for SECTOR & MORELLATO App and make sure "call logs" and "phone" are allowed: Phone Settings>> SECTOR & MORELLATO >> >> Permissions>> Make sure required permissions are allowed. Make sure the DO NOT DISTURB mode is turned off.
CALLING - Why do I sometimes fail to answer on my watch when I receive a call on my mobile?
To answer a call from the smartwatch, the S-03 WR 5ATM CALL bluetooth button must be connected to the smartphone. To connect the phone with S-03 WR 5ATM CALL you will have to scroll down from the main page of the smartwatch and check if the CALL CONNECTION icon is connected (if it is connected it should have a total blue color). If not connected, unpair your smartwatch from the App and download the latest App to pair it again. From the App >> Me >> pull down to the bottom you can find the App version.
CALLING - When I get a phone call, the caller's voice comes out distorted
You should check if your smartwatch if it is immersed into water or contact with any wet environment. From the watch screen click to enter the main menu >> Tools >> Remove Water. You should also check the mobile phone signal and make call in a good condition and avoid calling on the train or a moving car.
CALLING - Can I raise and lower the volume of the phone call?
Sure, the volume of S-03 WR 5ATM Call is depending on the smartphone output, so you can adjust the smartphone sound volume to adjust it.
CALLING - Is it normal for the communication to drop during a phone call?
No, please check that the BT connection is stable. Otherwise, try to disconnect the smartwatch to the smartphone and reconnet it again.
TIME - My smartwatch is reading the wrong time.
The time is synced from your smart phone, so please make sure the smart watch is well connected to BT. If the time is still wrong, we suggest you reset the device data, manually disconnect from BT and reconnect.
TIME - Does my smartwatch show the time even when it is not connected?
Yes, it will show the time correctly even after unpairing with the smartphone, but it won't when turned off or out of battery.
PAIRING - How can I send the data from my smartwatch to my mobile phone?
You need to download the Sector&MORELLATO APP, you can download it from Google Play Store and App Store or with the QR code below, and pair the smartwatch with the APP.
PAIRING - I have an Android smartphone and I can't pair my smartwatch with the smartphone because the watch can not be detected in the smartphone APP. Moreover the smartwatch does not even appear on the BT section of my smartphone.
The smartwatch is designed to pair with only one smartphone at a time. If you can't find the watch in the Bluetooth list of the APP, please check if it is connected to another device. If this is the case, please unpair these two devices and try again with the desired smartphone.
If, on the other hand, this is not the case, it is probably due to a position problem. On Android phone make sure location permission is turned on. To check it, follow these steps from your phone: Settings >> APPS >> Sector&MORELLATO >> Permissions >> Allow LOCATION permission.

ALARM - How does the alarm work?
When the alarm sounds, the smartwatch starts vibrating and the display shows the time you set the alarm in the APP. It will automatically stop playing after 15 vibrations.
VOICE ASSISTANT - How does the voice assistant work?
Go to voice assistant on your smartwatch>> touch the screen (Voice Assistant) >> make voice command. To use this functionality, make sure the phone is paired through BT connection.
