PAIRING AND CONNECTIVITY
PAIRING - Why is my smartwatch not connecting to my smartphone?
Check that the smartwatch is not connected to other devices. Try to: 1. Reset the smartwatch: Main menu>> Settings>> Reset. 2. If the smartwatch was connected to an iOS device, go to the smartphone settings>> Bluetooth>> Select the S-03 PRO LIGHT connections and disconnect from the device. 3. For Android Also check that all permissions have been given to the APP: Cell phone settings>> Apps>> SECTOR S-03 - S-03 PRO LIGHT>> Permissions>> Click on the functions you want to authorise. Your phone's operating system may interrupt/close the background APP activity for some reasons (such as power saving, system optimization, etc...); if you don't use the "SECTOR S-03 - S-03 PRO LIGHT" App on your phone for a long time it could happen. But the watch will automatically reconnect to your phone only a few seconds after activating the app.
COMPATIBILITY - Which phones are compatible with my smartwatch?
S-03 PRO LIGHT supports IOS smartphone version 13.0 or later /ANDROID 10.0 or later; you can check your smartphone version in Settings >> General >> About >> iOS Version for IOS phone; and Settings >> About Phone >> Software information >> Android Version for ANDROID phone.
CONNECTIVITY - Why is my smartwatch not transmitting data to the phone?
First of all, make sure your smartwatch and smartphone are paired correctly. The sports/health data will be uploaded and updated in the phone APP whenever the APP is activated, you just need to wait a few seconds. Make sure the BT is well connected. Also make sure you have the latest version of the APP installed: Check the App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android) for new updates. Also make sure you have installed the latest Firmware version: from the APP main menu >> Smartwatch >> Firmware Version >> a message should appear informing that there is no update available in case the current Firmware version is already the most up-to-date. Finally, make sure the APP is allowed for a background activity: For Android devices: Settings >> Apps >> SECTOR S-03 - S-03 PRO LIGHT >> Battery >> you should have a non-optimized battery usage by default, so background activity should already be allowed.
PAIRING - Why can't I pair the smartwatch with the App?
To successfully pair the smartwatch with the APP, first make sure BT is turned on on your smartphone. Then from the main menu of the APP >> Smartwatch >> Click on a connectable device >> Select the SECTOR S-03 PRO LIGHT watch with the same "BT Address" that you find in the main menu of the watch>> Settings> > INFO and wait until it connects. Once connected, you will receive a notification asking you for authorization to associate your smartphone with the smartwatch, then click on ASSOCIATE. Then go to the BT section of your smartphone and you should see the SECTOR S-03 PRO LIGHT device connected, if not, tap it to connect.
PAIRING - How do I unpair my smartwatch and mobile phone? Do I lose my data?

UPDATE - How do I know if the App and the watch FW are updated to the latest version?
To check if the APP is updated to the latest version, you need to check the App Store for iOS devices and the Play Store for Android devices. You can check the APP version through the APP itself: APP>> Main>> Click on the profile icon >> Settings. You can check the Firmware update via the APP by following these steps: APP>> Smartwatch>> Firmware Version>> The message "The version is already updated" should appear if the Firmware is already updated to the latest version.
CONNECTIVITY - How far can my smartwatch be from my phone to stay connected?
The smartwatch can stay connected, obstacles-free, at least 10 meters and max 20 meters depending on the quality of your smartphone Bluetooth.
CONNECTIVITY - Why even if my smartwatch is connected to the mobile phone, when I receive a phone call, it does not notify me on the smartwatch?
The call/message notification is active only while the APP is allowed to get the related permissions from the phone. It is required at the beginning of the first connection in the APP and you should choose ALLOW to give the APP permission to do that. For Android devices you can check the phone settings by following these steps: Settings >> Apps >> Sector S-03 - S03 PRO LIGHT >> Permissions >> Make sure PHONE is authorized, as well as other permissions. Also make sure the call alert notification is turned on (APP >> Notifications>> Phone>> Make sure the feature is turned on)
CONNECTIVITY - Why does the smartwatch often disconnect?
The device need to be kept close to the smartphone in the BT active range and battery charged, if so it should not disconnect.
CONNECTIVITY - Why is my smartwatch not connecting to my smartphone?
The phone operating system may interrupt / close the APP activity in the background for some reasons (such as energy saving, system optimization, etc ...); if you don't use the SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO App on your phone for a long time this could happen. But the watch will automatically reconnect to your phone only after a few seconds of activating the app.
SYNCHRONIZATION - How often do my smartwatch and mobile phone sync?
Synchronization is instant while the APP is on.
SYNCHRONIZATION - Can I perform manual synchronization?
No you can't. Only automatic synchronization is allowed. But in the App main page >> Home, you can pull down the interface to refresh the dada. First of all make sure that your smartwatch and smartphone are correctly paired. The sports / health data will be uploaded and updated in the phone APP while you activate the APP, just wait few seconds. Make sure the BT is well connected. CALLING - How can I allow the smartwatch to be able to make and/or receive calls?
To enable S-03 PRO LIGHT to make/receive calls it is necessary to activate the DOUBLE Bluetooth connection; First Bluetooth connection: First, make sure that S-03 Pro Light is connected to your smartphone through the SECTOR S-03 - S-03 PRO LIGHT APP. Smartphone settings>> Connections>> Bluetooth>> Paired devices, there should be the BT connection "S-03 PRO LIGHT" in the connection list. Otherwise, click on the connection to associate it with the smartphone. Second Bluetooth connection: Once your watch has been paired with the APP, open the drop-down menu by swiping down on your watch's home screen. Once the drop-down menu is open, click on the "phone & BT" icon to activate the function. Once activated, the icon will turn blue and at this point you will be able to receive/make calls directly from the smartwatch. On android phone check the permissions for SECTOR S-03 - S-03 PRO LIGHT APP and make sure "call logs" and "phone" are allowed: Phone Settings>> Apps>> SECTOR S-03 - S -03 PRO LIGHT>> Permissions>> Make sure required permissions are allowed. To call from the smartwatch address book it is necessary to import the contacts: SECTOR S-03 - S-03 PRO LIGHT APP>> Synchronize contacts>> Select contacts>> Start synchronization. You can view the contact list from the smartwatch main menu>> Phone>> Phone Book. You can choose between calling from the Phone book or dialing the number. Make sure the DO NOT DISTURB mode is turned off.
CALLING - How can I deactivate the possibility of making the smartwatch able to make/receive calls?
Open the drop-down menu by swiping down on your watch's home screen. Once the menu is open, click on the "phone & BT" icon to activate/deactivate the function. Once the icon turns blue you will be able to make/receive calls directly from the smartwatch. When the icon is off the smartwatch still remains connected to the smartphone but you will not be able to receive/make calls.

BATTERY, POWER AND CHARGING
OTHER - Why did my smartwatch turn off?
In order to turn on the smartwatch try a long push on the 3H button or put the watch onto the charger. Also make sure it is charged enough.
BATTERY - How long does my smartwatch battery last?
The smartwatch battery lasts approximately 7 days in stand-by mode, around 3-5 days with a normal use and only 1-2 days with BT almost always connected, "Always On" mode activated and a high frequency of use. Furthermore, the higher the brightness level and the vibration intensity of the smartwatch, the lower the battery lasting.
BATTERY - How do I know if my smartwatch is charging?
Charging animation will be shown while smartwatch is charging.
BATTERY - Why is my smartwatch not charging?
You shall check whether the two charging base metal pillars are correctly fit into the watch backside charge points or not.
BATTERY - How long does it take to charge my smartwatch?
Charging time will be around 2 hours.
BATTERY - How do I know if my smartwatch battery is low and I need to recharge it?
There's a battery icon on watch display which shows the battery level.
BATTERY - Why does my smartwatch not turn on?
Like smartphone, after a long time of no using, also the battery watch will loose power. It's normal and, after charging the watch, it will start running regularly.
RECHARGE - The watch charges to 100% after a while without using the functions, it discharges immediately.

RECHARGE - I have charged the watch to 100% but once removed from the holder it does not turn on anymore.
You shall push the side button to light up the screen. If the watch can not turn on, please contact Morellato Service Center for help.
RECHARGE - The watch only works when it is charging.
The watch actually doesn't work when charging, it only shows the charging animation.

ACCESSORIES - What comes with my smartwatch?

STRAP - Is it normal for the strap to open easily?
While the fix pin fits the strap hole properly, the strap should not easily open.

STRAP - Can I change the strap on my smartwatch by myself?
S-03 PRO LIGHT is designed with "easy click" spring bar so you can easily change straps by yourself.
CONFIGURATION
UPDATE - I have trouble installing updates, or I get an error message while updating my watch. What should I do?
Normally you would have to hold down the button and restart the smartwatch and then start the update again from the application. Make sure your phone is charged and in good condition of internet access. If the problem persists, contact the Morellato Service Center for assistance.
HEARTBEAT - Can I change the frequency with which the smartwatch detects the heartbeat?
No, currently cannot on S-03 PRO LIGHT.

PROFILE - How are my personal data used?
We do not store your personal data in any way and are used exclusively to offer you a more personalized experience with the APP.
PROFILE - Why do I have to provide my birthday, height, weight and sex data?
This type of data is not mandatory but is only needed for better calculation and management of your sporting activity and for monitoring heart rate and blood oxygenation.
PROFILE - How can I edit my profile?

SOFTWARE - Can I update my smartwatch software?

TIME - How do I set the time on my smartwatch?

The smartphone will vibrate when it is successfully connected to the smartwatch. CALLING - When I get a phone call, the caller's voice comes out distorted
Make sure the watch is not too far from the phone or has any significant obstacles between. If nothing changes, check if the volume is too high and also make sure there is no water / dust / objects on the speaker port.
CALLING - Can I raise and lower the volume of the phone call?
Yes, you can adjust the volume from your phone but not from your smartwatch
CALLING - Is it normal for the communication to drop during a phone call?
From our tests results, if the connection is stable a call will not drop. A call could drop if the mobile network is unstable or you are too far from the smartphone, causing the BT connection to drop.
APP - Can I pair more than one device with the App at the same time?
No, S-03 PRO LIGHT App supports only one phone with one watch per session.
HEARTBEAT - Why does it count at most 100 heartbeats?
The sensor requests a little bit tight contact to your skin to detect the Heart Rate and Blood Pressure. You can try to wear the watch tighter but be aware of not hurting your wrist.
HEARTBEAT - Why are the data different from my heart rate monitor that I use for sports?
The sensor is not a medical grade or high performance device. The watch also requires close skin contact to detect heart rate and blood oxygenation. You can try to wear the watch tighter, but be careful not to damage your wrist.
HEARTBEAT - Can I see my heartbeat history?
S-03 PRO LIGHT constantly monitors your heart rate while the watch is worn. APP>> Main>> Heart rate>> Here you can see the history of heart rate detection.
CAMERA - How do I use the smartwatch for remote shooting with my smartphone?
First make sure the camera is active for the APP through the following steps: Phone Settings>> SECTOR S-03 - S-03 PRO LIGHT APP>> Make sure the switch for the camera is on. At this point it will be possible to activate the camera mode both from the watch and from the APP: Smartwatch>> Main Menu>> Camera. App>> Smartwatch>> Camera. Once the camera is open, it will be possible to take a photo from the phone by pressing the side button of the watch. By clicking on the green check, the photo will be saved in the phone's image gallery.
STOPWATCH - How does the STOPWATCH work?
Like a normal stopwatch you can only start and pause/reset the count of the total time shown on the display. Pressing the triangle icon you can start/stop the time, while the square icon allows you to reset the time .
WATERPROOF - My smartwatch went out after it got splattered with water.

TELEPHONE BOOK - Why can't I see the address book?
To be able to view the address book on your smartwatch you must first synchronize the contacts. SLEEP - How is sleep monitored?
While you are sleeping with wearing an S-03 PRO LIGHT watch, it will monitor your heart beat / blood pressure and your movements during your sleep. Then it provides a sleep report through our algorithm.

SHUTDOWN - Can I turn off my smartwach?
Yes, you can do this by long pressing the side button on your watch or by following these steps on your smartwatch >> Main Menu >> Settings >> Shutdown.
SHUTDOWN - Do I lose all data if I turn off my smartwatch?
No. Data will be kept and after a re-connection you can review them from your phone APP.
SHUTDOWN - If I turn off my smartwatch, does it disconnect from the mobile phone?
Yes. If the watch is off, BT is also off, so the connection obviously can't work.
SPORT - How do I register a sporting activity?
You can record a sports activity both from the APP and from the watch: APP>> Sport>> Press the icon with the moving subject>> Choose the sport and start training>> Pause (once training is finished) >> Long press to finish. From the watch: Main menu>> Sport>> Choose sport and start training>> Long press on the watch screen to end training. PHONE - Why is the speaker not working?
Once your watch has been paired with the APP, open the drop-down menu by swiping down on your watch's home screen. Once the drop-down menu is open, click on the "phone & BT" icon to activate the function. Once activated, the icon will turn blue and you can now use the speaker to make calls directly from the smartwatch. Also make sure the volume is turned up high enough by checking it from your phone.
PHONE - When I get a call I can't hear who's calling.
First of all, make sure that the watch is paired with the APP and the phone volume is high enough. Also make sure the "Do not disturb" function is turned off. On Android phone check the permissions for SECTOR & MORELLATO SMARTWATCHES and make sure "call logs" and "phone" are allowed: Phone Settings>> Apps>> SECTOR & MORELLATO SMARTWATCHES >> Permissions >> Make sure the necessary permissions are allowed. Now open the drop-down menu by swiping down on your watch's main screen. Once the drop-down menu is open, click on the "phone & BT" icon to activate the function. Once activated, the icon will turn blue. At this point your watch will receive incoming calls and you will be able to communicate directly through the watch itself.
CALLING - Why can't I call?
To enable S-03 PRO LIGHT to make/receive calls it is necessary to activate the DOUBLE Bluetooth connection; First Bluetooth connection: First, make sure that S-03 Pro Light is connected to your smartphone through the SECTOR S-03 - S-03 PRO LIGHT APP. Smartphone settings>> Connections>> Bluetooth>> Paired devices, there should be the BT connection "S-03 PRO LIGHT" in the connection list. Otherwise, click on the connection to associate it with the smartphone. Second Bluetooth connection: Once your watch has been paired with the APP, open the drop-down menu by swiping down on your watch's home screen. Once the drop-down menu is open, click on the "phone & BT" icon to activate the function. Once activated, the icon will turn blue and at this point you will be able to receive/make calls directly from the smartwatch. On android phone check the permissions for SECTOR S-03 - S-03 PRO LIGHT APP and make sure "call logs" and "phone" are allowed: Phone Settings>> Apps>> SECTOR S-03 - S -03 PRO LIGHT>> Permissions>> Make sure required permissions are allowed. Make sure the DO NOT DISTURB mode is turned off.
CALLING - Why do I sometimes fail to answer on my watch when I receive a call on my mobile?
Make sure that "SECTOR S-03 PRO CALL" Bluetooth connection is connected and that the volume is loud enough by checking it from the phone. Go to the APP >> Device >> Message Push >> Incoming call , make sure the button's on. In the same section check the Do Not Disturb button, make sure it's off. Check also the APP permissions for SECTOR SMART and make sure "call logs" and "phone" permissions are granted. Phone Settings >> Apps >> SECTOR S-01 - S-03 PRO >> Permissions, make sure the neccessary permissions are allowed. If all above points are setting correctly, on your S-03 Pro you shall receiving the incoming calls.
CALLING - When I get a phone call, the caller's voice comes out distorted
Make sure the watch is not too far from the phone or has any significant obstacles between. If nothing changes, check if the volume is too high and also make sure there is no water / dust / objects on the speaker port.
CALLING - Can I raise and lower the volume of the phone call?
Yes, you can adjust the volume both on the phone and the watch during the call.
CALLING - Is it normal for the communication to drop during a phone call?
From our tests results, if the connection is stable a call will not drop. A call could drop if the mobile network is unstable or you are too far from the smartphone, causing the BT connection to drop.
TIME - My smartwatch is reading the wrong time.
Time is synced from your smartphone, so make sure that the smartwatch is well connected with the BT. If time is still wrong, we suggest to reset the data of the device, manually disconnect from the BT and pair again.
TIME - Does my smartwatch show the time even when it is not connected?
Yes, it will show the time correctly even after unpairing but it won't do it if powerd off or out of battery.
PAIRING - How can I send the data from my smartwatch to my mobile phone?

GPS - What is the AGPS Updrade function for? How does it work?
S-03 PRO watch has a GPS built in. AGPS Upgrade function allows the watch obtain more accurate longitude and latitude GPS data from your smart phone. You can have much more precise tracking on the map when you start an outdoor activity.
GPS - Does the AGPS automatically update even when the app is closed?
No. The AGPS update is not automatic, even if the app is open. When you open the app, it will request to update it. If not, you can still check if there are any updates available by going to Me>>Device>> AGPS Update.
GPS - What is the AGPS?
AGPS stands for Assisted GPS. It provides better coverage and improves the time required to establish a reliable connection.
GPS - How do I get an outdoor activity tracking map from my S-03 PRO? What should I do if the watch says "GPS searching failed"?
To have the most accurate GPS data make sure that AGPS is fully updated and start tracking the sport activity outside to have a better coverage. GPS singal usually is weak in house or in the corner between high buildings. Make sure to run AGPS on your phone APP in an open area, wait until the device finds GPS signal. After choosing a sport start positioning, after few seconds it will stop and "ready" will appear on the device watchface, then you can touch to start the activity.
ALARM - Can I set an alarm on my smartwatch?
Yes, it is possible to set up to 8 alarms directly from the APP or from the smartwatch: APP>> Smartwatch>> Alarm. Smartwatch>> Main menu>> Alarm.
ALARM - How does the alarm work?
The alarm will stop ringing after 13 vibrations.
VOICE ASSISTANT - How does the voice assistant work?
